Return & Refund Policy At YaMaya’s Gift, all of our products are crafted with care, intention, and the highest-quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our offerings—including herbal remedies, teas, spice blends, and consumables—we can’t accept returns. We also do not offer refunds once a product has been shipped.

All Sales Are Final. We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for any product. These products include herbal tea blends, wellness products, elderberry syrup, and other consumables. They also include spice blends, sample packs, and any seasonal, sale, or limited-edition items. This policy ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.

If you get the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo and description of the issue to info@yamayasgift.com, and we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. Shipping returns

To return your product, reach out to customer support directly shipping@yamayasgift.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will get your returned item.
